Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Player" or "Member") and cita33, an online gaming platform operating under international licensing. This document constitutes a valid and binding agreement between both parties.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the cita33 platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are not permitted to use the cita33 platform. Continued use following any amendment to these terms is considered acceptance of those amendments.

2 Eligibility to Open an Account

To open an account at cita33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• An individual registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party
• Not on any active self-exclusion list or gambling restriction programme
• Not representing, employed by, or affiliated with any party involved in the management of the cita33 platform
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

cita33 reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time. Any account found to have been opened by an individual under 21 years of age will be closed immediately without a refund.

3 Account Registration & Identity Verification

Each player is only allowed one active account on the cita33 platform at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, IP addresses, devices or payment methods — are prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and confiscation of the fund balance.

All information you provide during registration must be truthful, complete and current. This includes your full name as per your identification document (MyKad or passport), mobile phone number, email address, and date of birth. cita33 reserves the right to carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time by requesting documents such as:

• A copy of a valid identification document (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of the payment method used (for example, a screenshot of an e-wallet)
• Proof of current address if required

Failure to submit verification documents within the specified time may result in temporary suspension of your account until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the cita33 platform are subject to the following policies:

Deposits: The minimum deposit is RM20 for all accepted payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). Your deposit will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction. The standard processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method selected and internal verification processes. cita33 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal.

Transaction limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits may vary according to your account level and identity verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher limits.

All withdrawals may only be made using the same method as the original deposit or a method that has been verified under your account name. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

cita33 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, and those terms form part of this agreement.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of their first deposit value up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → account balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 must be reached
• Deposit RM3,200 → bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → account balance RM4,700 → wagering requirement RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500 must be reached

VIP & Cashback Programme: cita33 operates a five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — where members receive weekly cashback of between 0.2% and 1.2% depending on their membership level. Tier upgrades are based on gaming activity and member loyalty.

cita33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.

6 Prohibited User Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the cita33 platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to influence game outcomes
• Attempts to hack, breach or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure
• Identity fraud or use of false documents during registration or verification
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Any form of money laundering through a cita33 account
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Misuse of promotions or bonuses in ways that go against the original intent of the offer

cita33 uses a continuous monitoring system to detect any suspicious behaviour. Any player confirmed to have violated any of the above prohibitions will face disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent account closure without a refund.

7 cita33 Liability Limits

cita33 provides its gaming platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or functioning without any technical disruptions.

cita33 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, internet access issues on the player's end, or disputed game outcomes as long as the game system has functioned correctly in accordance with a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

Final game results recorded by the cita33 system are conclusive. Any disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the incident date.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

cita33 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified period
• A self-exclusion request on responsible gambling grounds
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or a licensed regulatory body
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering

Players may also request voluntary closure of their account through cita33's customer support channels, available 24/7. In cases of voluntary closure with a valid positive balance, funds will be returned once verification is complete.

9 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

cita33 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal data in line with relevant international data protection standards. Personal information you provide to us is used solely for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement purposes.

10 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

cita33 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the official cita33 website.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain up to date with the latest version of this agreement. The most recent update date will be displayed at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

11 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

cita33 operates under international licensing and is subject to the laws and regulations of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. This agreement is interpreted and governed by the applicable laws under that jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the cita33 platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer service team. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to an arbitration body recognised by the licensing authority.
